He Who Fights With Monsters (HWFWM) is the biggest mouthful of any series I've come across. Fortunately for the author, his books are bangers.

Rising Kite - A story from the world of HWFWM
Did you know that HWFWM already has its own fanfic? Rising Kite has over 6,000 pages up on Royal Road, a stellar rating, and rave reviews in the comments.
The story takes place in the same universe as HWFWM, but on a different continent (I think, don't quote me on that) with a fresh cast of characters. It brings the faint xianxia flavor in the original story to the foreground, featuring sects, young masters, and a familiar adventurer's guild.
The characters are loveable, and the main character is easy to root for. It's on my list of reads for slow days. Be warned, it's not a pulse-pounder in early chaps (no comment on later chapters). Free on Royal Road.
Ar'Kendrithyst
Did you enjoy Jason struggling with what it means to have godlike power among men? Do you like long series that constantly escalate? Do you like intuitive Systems that feel intricate?
If so, you may enjoy Ar'Kendrithyst, a series about a man and his kickass (adult) daughter who fall car-first into another universe. Like HWFWM, this is an isekai. There are cults. And they are not nice.
Frankly, this kind of story is my kyrptonite. If you like wizards and being wizardly, I can hardly give a stronger recommendation. Be warned, some chaps are from the daughter's POV. Solid, but it took me time to warm up to her. You can skip them, if you want. All chaps are free on Royal Road.
